21/05/2020 Noticias ZMG Israel Vallarta Cisneros ha vivido por más de 14 años un infierno del que solo la muerte lo podía librar, pero hasta eso le fue negado. Hoy  lleva ese tiempo encarcelado sin que se haya dictado sentencia condenatoria ni absolutoria. Todo comenzó un 8 de diciembre de 2005 cuando elementos de la ya desaparecida Agencia Federal de Investigación (AFI) al mando de Luis Cárdenas Palomino “detuvieron” a una presunta banda de secuestradores, supuestamente liderada por Israel Vallarta y la ciudadana francesa Florence Cassez y liberaron a tres presuntas víctimas de plagio en el rancho Las Chinitas. A Florence  la tuvieron incomunicada en una camioneta, mientras que a Israel lo torturaron brutalmente todo el día y toda la noche . Horas después, alrededor de las 6:46 horas de ese 8 de diciembre  presentaron a ambos como peligrosos secuestradores capturados in fraganti, en un montaje ante las cámaras de Televisa y TV Azteca, ordenado por Genaro Garcí...
